Getting Your Instrument Serviced
For the best possible service, complete a Repair Request Form and either:
- Drop off at a service center
- Ship to a service center
Warranty repairs
GeoLine is a certified warranty repair facility for most Trimble Navigation GPS, total stations and lasers. All warranty repairs follow the same terms and conditions with GeoLine as with Trimble.
Customers should ship their product to the nearest GeoLine location freight prepaid.
Tips for shipping your instrument
- Pick an appropriately sized box
- Securely surround the instrument with packaging material such as bubble wrap, popcorn, foam, etc.
- Insure there are no gaps inside the box
- Securely tape box with packing tape on both top and bottom. Do not use cellophane, duct tape, electrical tape.
- Complete a Repair Request Form and enclose in box
- Ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
- Consider insuring for the value of the equipment (shipper responsible for damage/loss).
- Be sure to include a Tribrach with any total stations that you ship to us.
